At pridrawstheworld, I strive to create art that you will love and cherish. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, I want to make sure you're taken care of. Please read the following policy to ensure clarity on returns and refunds:

1. Returns

• Eligibility for Returns: If your artwork is damaged during shipping or if it does not meet the description on the website, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom commissions or personalized artwork are not eligible for return. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with the design and details before placing a custom order.

2. Refunds

• Refund Process: Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
• Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the price of the artwork minus any shipping fees. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping: If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Dispatched within 10 Days of purchase

• Open the packaging carefully with clean hands. 
• Do not fold the painting. 
• Avoid exposure to water or chemicals 
• Avoid touching the painted area to prevent fingerprints and scratches
• Preferable to get it framed as soon as you receive it
